Objet was founded with the mission of making contemporary art an organic part of every space. Our aim is to provide sophisticated art solutions for a diverse clientele who are interested in either starting or expanding their collection.

Founder
Founded in 2024 by Martha Burns, Objet was born of a desire to bring contemporary art into the homes and offices of art lovers.
With over 10 years of experience working in the art world, holding positions at Tanya Leighton Gallery (Berlin), Human Resources (Los Angeles) and working closely with renowned international artists, Martha has both access and international reach.
With her history in commercial art consulting and an MFA from VCU (2021), she’s both enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the changing landscape of contemporary art and its vibrant ecosystem.
